Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers satisfaction through the accuracy and timely manner of your work.
• Supporting the E-commerce team in the daily operations of running a successful order fulfillment.
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day e-commerce orders, generate the most suitable shipping schedule, and prepare the labels accordingly.
• Work closely with freight forwarder and our shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products; track and communicate any delays or changes.
• Ensure and maintain the accuracy of warehouse stock data. Keeping a track of all the stock and inventory requirements.
• Assist in reviewing sales forecast and inventory level.
• Preparing, checking, verifying, and maintaining the orders and documents, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensuring the shipments are properly unloaded and stocked at the designed place. You might not be required to do the unloading but you are required to guild the warehouse team members.
• Ensuring that all shipments are packed securely and correctly.
• Scheduling and undertaking warehouse inspections and cleaning activities.
• Always Ensuring adherence to the safety protocols and guidelines.
• Reporting any missing or damaged shipments
• Assist Weekly / Monthly report: upcoming shipment, product review, outstanding order list, or stock level analysis.
• Other signed tasks.
