Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards

- Operate cash register or POS system to process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a catering, banquet, or food service environment is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Proficient in operating a POS system

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to accurately process payments

- Familiarity with food safety regulations in the food industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-RAMP Cert is preffered

- Must be at least 21 years old
