Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. As a Parts Counter Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients by assisting them in finding the right semi-truck parts and accessories. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the parts counter with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate semi-truck parts and accessories
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and pricing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Provide information on product features, benefits, and usage
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Keep the parts counter area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
