We are seeking a reliable and efficient Civil Process Server to join our team in Carlsbad, New Mexico. As a Civil Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to residential and business addresses such as; subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other legal notices to individuals involved in a court case.
Responsibilities:
- Serving individuals or businesses legal documents in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep accurate records of all served documents
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when serving legal documents
- Strong and effective communication is essential in this role
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
