Martek has been awarded several long-term Federal contracts to provide a wide range of real estate management talent. We are currently looking Site Supervisors with the required specialized training and experiences outlined below. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Provide supervisory and task management to contract personnel for groups that include Material and Personal Property, Real Estate, and REMS.
• Process manage and approve billable hours within each pay period.
• Reconcile and correct actions when needed for accurate invoicing.
• Manage and monitor employee workloads and ensures work is distributed evenly.
• Monitors work progress and deadline dates to meet the needs of the client and client deadlines
• Run mid-month and month-end reports for time reporting and work assignments (required by the Contract Documents Requirement List [CDRL]).
• Reports to Program Manager on necessary site issues, events, and workloads.
• Manages billable hours on the contract for both month and year-end invoicing
• Monitors individual billable hours per task to ensure employees stay within contract allotments
• Resolve problems and site issues according to company policies, as well as support the definition of task level requirements in the contract Statement of Work (FAA requirements).
• Assist in FAA management meet their business plan goals; provided post award triage support (customer management on leases) and assisted material management district alignment
• Directing on-site interviews and on boarding for new hires. Works with both the Prime and Subcontracting companies to ensure candidates meet FAA requirements as per MOA and contract Statement of Work (SOW)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5 years or prior relevant experience or Master’s with 3 years of prior relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Generally, has 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Leadership and management experience
• Ability to read and interpret federal acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and to apply those interpretations fully and legally to required deliverables • Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to customers both virtually and in-person.
• Ability to thrive and create professional resolutions in adverse situations with minimal guidance or oversight.
