Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Barnett & Chistolini, PLLC located in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to senior attorneys. They will also assist with case management, client communication, and attending hearings and depositions. The position entails a wide range of legal matters and providing day-to-day representation of corporate and individual clients. Applicant should be self-motivated, detail oriented, and open to learning and working in a team-environment. Strong legal writing skills and a desire to try cases are a must, and a knowledge of medicine/anatomy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida State Bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in civil litigation is preferred
