Marshall Brothers Enterprises, Inc., a General Engineering company specializing in grading, landscaping, flatwork and other sitework scope areas is looking for a Construction Project Estimator who is seeking a long–term opportunity to showcase their ability in leadership skills.

Project focus areas include subdivisions, public works projects and a variety of other clientele in and around the greater SF Bay Area counties.

The Project Estimator will estimate and assist with managing a variety of projects. Looking for a self-starter who is motivated, organized and punctual, with the ability to work independently, be a team player, and understand the importance of working with others.

Seeking someone with experience communicating with people at all levels of the company and knowledge of all aspects of estimating and project management, including cost analysis, time management and quality control.

Responsibilities include:

Attending pre-bid meetings, knowing plans and specifications, jobsite visits, preparing accurate estimates for grading, drainage, landscaping, concrete flatwork and other associated site-work scopes. Monitor project schedules, change orders and billing.

Experience required:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

5 years experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on estimating and project management.
