We are seeking candidates for our open Licensing Coordinator position in our Austin, TX location (HYBRID)

Insurance Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the company’s insurance solutions. They provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers and provide support to clients by responding to insurance transaction queries.
A recognized operational support specialist, a Senior Insurance Operations Coordinator has the experience and knowledge needed to tackle difficult issues and coach less experienced colleagues.

We will Count on you to :
Drives timely and accurate production / processing of complex documents / information (includes report preparation).
Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen new and established relationships.
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serves as point of contact regarding any potential problems.
Adheres to Company policies and performance standards and recommend improvements.
Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.
What you Need to Have :
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Critical thinking skills and willingness to learn.
