A day in the life.
As our Customer Service Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits;
all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
