Job Skills/Requirements
The Area Manager will be responsible for the daily maintenance of client sites, to include direct supervision and training of cleaning staff. Supervising and coordinating activities of staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of the client sites.

Customer Engagement – Creating “Raving Fans” of our client through positive customer relationships.
Growth – Identifying opportunities that improve our client’s services and deliver growth.
Safety - Proactively lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Core Responsibilities
Train employees in all aspects of assigned job duties.
Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Identify and mentor employees to develop the next generation of leaders.
Assigns tasks to associates and inspects completed work to ensure company standards are met.
Resolve employee problems and partner with Marsden South Leadership as needed.
Investigate customer complaints, place customer complaint follow-up call, document findings and communicate a recommended action plan to Marsden South Leadership.
Assist in the start-up of new accounts and provide information to management. Meet the customer.
Responsible for checking timekeeping system to verify employee are or have been at job sites.
Conducts building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.
Follow and enforce all company policies.
Review and help in management of budgets/staffing levels for all buildings within the realm of possibility.
Required Qualifications:
You must be at least 18 years old
1-2 years of Managerial experience
3-5 years of Supervisory experience
Undergo extensive pre-employment criminal background check and Dug Test
Valid Driver's License
