Job Description:
Mars Incorporate is undertaking a global transformation program delivering a standard core of best practice processes and systems across its Enterprise and segment divisions. The program will drive transformation at scale, efficiency and effectiveness in our existing operations and provide a solid platform for further growth.
The Solution Architecture Lead (SAL) is responsible for both the development of the technology and functional solutions between Corporate Finance and the Segment Finance solutions to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan. Focused on the design, deployment of technical architecture and the primary integration points.
What are we looking for?
Proven leader with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically
Experience with large scale Finance S4 Hana implementations and transformation programs
Demonstrable knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
Demonstrable track record of delivering ERP architecture and design on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas and Enterprise domains
Sound overall knowledge of Financial application capabilities, integration, data design methodologies and industry best practices
Ability to understand a wide range of disciplines in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas to enable delivery of E2E solutions design, development and configuration.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ownership of the end-to-end solution design and strategy of the Corporate Finance technical architecture of the S4 Transformation.
Work with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and business leaders to understand the drivers and objectives of key initiatives.
Define technical solutions that are fit for purpose in terms of strategic alignment, quality, cost and time.
Lead a large team of associates and contractors to design, develop and deliver standard S4 Finance capabilities.
Support and mentor the development teams in delivering joined up end to end solutions providing guidance and best practice where necessary.
Ensure all of the components of a solution are considered and aligned including; functional and non-functional design, integration, infrastructure, security and service transition .
