Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Senior Manufacturing Systems leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our manufacturing IT landscape by developing and leading strategic programs focused on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. You will leverage your expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) to craft data-driven IT strategies for implementation across the organization, working closely with our corporate IT function to ensure seamless integration.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in manufacturing systems (MES/MOM), with a strong focus on strategy and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-site and multi-region successful IT-driven operational programs for manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of MES/MOM functionalities, including their strategic value within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, including close collaboration with IT teams.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Developing long-term strategic plans for optimizing manufacturing systems including MES/MOM integration and utilization roadmaps, in collaboration with our corporate IT function.
  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of current manufacturing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage MES/MOM capabilities.
  • Identify and partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop communication plans and garner support for program initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in manufacturing IT systems and MES technologies, ensuring strategic plans remain future ready.
