Job Title: Field Services Engineering - Service Engineer

Experience Level Degree in related discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, ect) and/or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have Skills: Service Engineers are required to design, install, or repair equipment related to different sectors of technology world. Their repair and installation duties may be performed at clients home or in a place of business. These engineers can work both in public and private sector in electronic manufacturing companies..

Shift Time -M- F 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities:

* Service Engineers are required to design, install, or repair equipment related to different sectors of technology world. Their repair and installation duties may be performed at clients home or in a place of business. These engineers can work both in public and private sector in electronic manufacturing companies.

* Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

* Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

* Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

* Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

* Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

* Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

* Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

* Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

Qualifications:

* Degree in related discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, ect) and/or equivalent work experience.
