Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10:30 am to 7 pm

Examples of Tasks:

• Unlock doors at opening.
• Welcome guests who enter the tavern.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serve drinks guests.
• Collect money for drinks served.
• Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bar, work areas, and tables.
• Limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, refusing to serve, or ordering taxis or other transportation for patrons.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
• Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
