Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales Requirements: - Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Proficient in using a cash register or POS system (experience with Aloha POS is a plus) - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state law) - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
