Nous recherchons un(e) Room Controller (H/F) pour compléter notre équipe !
Intégrer le plus gros porteur de Paris et le premier groupe hôtelier mondial peut représenter un tremplin dans votre carrière avec de belles perceptives d'évolution.
Lors de cette nouvelle aventure, vous serez en charge de :
- Planification et gestion opérationnelle diverse
- Communiquer avec les différents départements (Housekeeping, Conciergerie, Front Office)
- Préparer les arrivées des clients individuels ou des groupes en facilitant en amont le check-in et bloquer les chambres
- Vérifier les différentes réservations
- Optimiser l’inventaire des chambres
- Faire le suivi du statut des chambres avec l’Housekeeping

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Vous avez déjà été chef de brigade ou possédez une première expérience concluante en Réception ?
Vous êtes autonome, proactif et réactif ?
Vous avez une bonne gestion du stress et êtes en capacité de gérer des tâches dans des situations d’urgence ?
Vous maitrisez couramment le français et l’anglais ? Une troisième langue serait un plus.
Vous maitrisez les logiciels de gestions hôtelier (Opéra…)
