This beautiful property is located near the Kansas City International Airport. Whether it’s welcoming guests to Kansas City or help assist them on their trip out of town, the TownePlace Suites is at the center of hospitality for Kansas City. The TownePlace Suites is operated by the award-winning management company, RHW Management, Inc. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our dynamic team at this very busy airport property. This is a Full Time Salaried opportunity with a great salary and full benefits.
Who Are You? If you are a Rockstar at Customer Service and want to continue or advance your career as an Assistant General Manager, we want to talk to you! Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or a Front Desk Manager at TownePlace Suites or a Marriott branded hotel. Hotel experience is required. We are looking for someone who will be a leader to our Front Desk and Shuttle Team including owning and managing Guest Service Scores, planning weekly meetings for our front desk and shuttle crew and scheduling.
