Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
• Provide direction to clinical team members
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided

To join this team please have the following requirements:

• COVID Vaccination
• A current unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Massachusetts
• Have a current CPR Certification, or be willing to register for a class to get certified
• An ability to work with multiple residents at once
• Be available to work weekends only with the weekend warrior program
