Job Title: Full-Time Evening RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm -11pm

Description:

Regalcare at Holyoke is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and support to our nursing staff during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care provided by LPNs and CNAs during the evening shift
• Ensure adherence to established nursing protocols, procedures, and regulations
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and monitor care delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and inventory management
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare providers
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in MA
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred
