Simply put, as the Social Services Director, you will ensure the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained. You will also work closely with other team members in the facility, and with residents and their families.

Marquis Mill Park is a 72-bed all skilled post-acute rehab facility located in SE Portland. The social services role has a strong focus on care coordination, case management and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred, with a focus in Social Work or Healthcare Administration strongly desired.
• Experience in a Social Services role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
