Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assist customers with making payments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus
