We are accepting applications for Assistant Theater Managers at our 16 Screen Movie Theater in Huntington, WV.

Management Job Description

• Responsible for daily theater operations
• Ensure that each guest receives a great movie-going experience
• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to staff
• Facilities maintenance and management
• Maintain control of theater expenses
• Drive concession sales
• Generate excitement and interest for films with promotions and marketing
• Properly account for cash, inventory, and all goods maintained in the theater

Requirements

• Prior experience managing a theater is preferred
• Related management experience in a service oriented industry
• A passion for great customer service
• Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively hire, train, and coach staff
• Lead by setting the proper example for both our guests and our employees
• Cash handling and inventory experience preferred
• General knowledge of using email and Microsoft Office products
• You must enjoy movies and serving others
• Ability to pass a background check
