Summary of position. Manage the financial resources of Marmon Keystone. Timely financial close, monthly and quarterly Financial Statement preparation with USD functional currency, workpapers and Financial Deliverables to report to US Parent. Tax, imports and GAAP compliance with internal and external audit responsibility. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Degree in Accounting required. Competencies required for this position are Technical Capacity, Problem Solving/Analysis, Customer/Client Focus, Decision Making, Project Management, Communication Proficiency and Teamwork Orientation. Operational accounting experience, Experience reporting to US parent preferred Work under pressure Experience with MX GAAP and SAT requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and develop financial resources Maintain compliance with Company Standard Practice Instructions (SPI) Implement strong controls, identify, and report deficiencies, apply corrective remediation. Responsible for timely financial statements and monthly/quarterly financial packet. Monthly forecasting and annual budget preparation Drive Working Capital improvements, maintain inventory accuracy Oversee credit and collections Present financial results to those responsible in the United States corporate, Including Monthly Hyperion upload to parent ERP Carry out Physical Inventories and Cycle counts. Supervise Internal and External Audits IMMEX certification review and follow-up. Work with SAT to resolve issues.
