Marlow Automotive Group is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Front Royal, VA

This is a rare opportunity to work with and learn from a stable management team, willing to invest and train the right candidate with the right attitude and experience. The ideal candidate must be high energy, process-driven, and coachable. A willingness to embrace a culture of hard work, hustle, and honesty is a must. This position is responsible for training, coaching, and developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase sales effectiveness and exceed sales objectives for both new and used cars, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

The Marlow Automotive Group has served the Northern Shenandoah Valley for over 75 years and includes Tristate Nissan in Winchester, Virginia, Marlow Motor Company (Chrysler- Jeep- Dodge- Ram) in Front Royal, Virginia, and Marlow Ford in Luray, Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Managing all areas of customer traffic: E-Commerce including digital retailing, Phone, and Showroom
  • Assist the GM managing vehicle inventory including dealer trades
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Desk deals including structuring applications for lender approval
  • Assist with appraising vehicles for trade
  • Engage with customers throughout negotiation process
  • Conduct informative and motivational sales meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced Leader and motivator that always demonstrates Honesty and Integrity
  • Required 2 years Automotive Sales Management Experience with proven success
  • Experience in Finance & Insurance preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Experienced Closer
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
