Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and providing exceptional customer service. You will order parts and cordinate with technicians for successful repair of vehicles. Communicate with insurance companies and warranty companies for claims and supplement puroses. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software
- Communicate with customers to explain repair process and provide cost estimates
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
Experience:
-Will on daily bases use CCC ONE Bodywork repairs and MItchel1 for mechanic repairs
-Routine use of email, telephone, pc, mobile phone, tablet, TV and etc
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or related role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of auto body repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Knowledge of automotive sales and service management principles
- Familiarity with brake repair, suspension, alignment, and other automotive services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
