Description: Markon Solutions is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to monitor performance against schedule across multiple contractual, schedule and cost objectives. Responsibilities: * Compiling, updating, and delivering the Integrated Master Schedule with integrated milestones and linked dependencies that are out of this world. * Being the go to person who knows all there is to know about integrating schedules across massive programs * Cat herding busy engineers and project managers during staff meetings, engineering boards, readiness events, engineering artifacts, and board approved Request for Change (RFC) documentation, etc. Think pulling schedule info from their brains like in Starship Troopers! * Rack and stack program schedule impacts against planned and baseline dates, calculate critical path, calculate slack & margin, and identify risks/issues/opportunities. No plan survives contact with the enemy so you need to be able to see what changed to share far and wide! * Make projects a work of art that program managers fawn over. Make Microsoft Project sing and dance with fancy call out boxes and graphics to convey the true meaning of integrated schedules and product delivery milestones. * Operate the Enterprise Schedule Server Tool like a boss, input data, produce reports, and generate schedule artifacts worthy of Guardians of the Galaxy. * Share the force of great master schedules by mentoring and training new team members in the use of Schedule tools/Processes and the implementation of quality standards. * Apply the Force to perform critical path analysis to help develop mitigation plans of schedule change impacts and associated risks. * Make things better by developing new processes measured with metrics that impress and inform. Job Requirements Required: * Extensive experience with Microsoft Project, critical path analysis that you can share during the interview. * Active TS/SCI, the ability to pass a polygraph. * Strong System Engineering or Systems Integration experience so you can fit together the master of all schedules. * Experienced in analyzing and developing workable solutions to the inevitable problems that arise with big, complex programs doing amazing, cutting edge technologies. Desired: * Knowledge of the INTs (GEOINT, SIGINT), communications systems and overall space and ground architecture. * Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline. * Experience figuring out how to break down big, complex rocket science with core Systems Engineering Disciplines (Requirements, Schedule, Risk, Readiness, System Closure, VV&T, etc.) * Familiarity with the Intelligence Community, and associated government agencies work and are organized. * Amazing communications skills.
