Description
Markon is seeking a Scrum Master to support an Intelligence customer project. The primary responsibility is to gather, analyze, document and validate the needs of the project stakeholders, act as a liaison between managers, stakeholders, and software development teams.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and document all requests from stakeholders and external entities.
• Manage the creation, review, and analysis of IT requirements for customer systems.
• Be prepared to present all IT documentation to management (as needed to document systems concepts of operation, functional requirements, processes, legacy systems, and methodologies).
• Translate and communicate complex technical documentation and subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help prioritize data and functional needs based on user and business management input regarding mission impacts and organizational goals.
• Produce briefings on requirements and technical studies, as required.
• Perform short and long-range planning in support of existing and future requirements to enhance customer systems.
• Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against process requirements.
• Reviews and understands system test requirements, integrated testing activities, and results.
• Provides user acceptance testing prior to full production deployments.
• Provide input for customer-facing design reviews.
• Assist in providing final approval documentation for implementation of IT and functional requirements.
