In this position, you will assist customers at Wal Mart with pay as you go wireless services such as Tracfone, Straight Talk and Total by Verizon.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless products and services
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different wireless devices and plans
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of various devices
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wireless technology

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Knowledge of wireless products, services, and plans
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer base
