The Fabricator / CNC Operator I is an important member of our Marketlab manufacturing Team. They operate our CNC routers and execute CNC programs. For this position, the ideal candidate is one that can follow the work rules, work independently, and be flexible and willing to perform a variety of jobs. We will invest in your growth by developing your knowledge of the manufacturing process and quality controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Operate 4 CNC Routers.
• Set up, adjust, and execute CNC programs.
• Load and unload parts off the CNC routers and place is proper locations.
• Complete tasks within assigned timelines.
• Read, understand, and follow written procedures to meet quality standards.
• Find new ways to improve productivity.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Ensure the production floor is clean at the end of the business day.
• Complete miscellaneous assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have excellent communication skills to work with all team members.
• Previous CNC experience required & related software program execution preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Physically able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to tolerate temperatures in the workspace that fluctuate throughout the year.
