Who We’re Looking ForMarketBridge is looking for a Manager (Strategic Managment Consulting) to lead client engagements across marketing and sales disciplines, with a focus on revenue strategy and helping B2B client organizations achieve their go-to-market goals by:

  • Delivering recommendations through multi-channel strategy and routes-to-market assessments
  • Designing future state B2B sales and partner strategy
  • Generating account level insights, segmentation, and targeting 
  • Developing new sales coverage models, job roles, and commercial organization structures
  • Integrating marketing and sales strategy through a combination of people, process, and technology 
  • Creating financial models to support recommendations 
  • Evaluating and building sales compensation models
  • Assessing and developing partner (indirect) channel structures, roles, and programs
  • Leveraging marketing tactics and sales enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Project and Client Management: Serve as the primary point person responsible for engagement delivery, managing project timelines, workstreams, deliverables, team members and clients to a satisfactory outcome. 
  • Strategic Analysis and Presentation Development: Develop and test hypotheses, craft solutions, and present findings to our clients, ultimately building consensus through fact-based narratives. 
  • Go-to-Market and Industry Expertise: Adept at developing solutions for clients in the Go-to-Market space including B2B channel strategy and B2B sales strategy & operations.
  • People Management: Spearhead the growth and effectiveness of dynamic consulting resources by providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture

QualificationsAt MarketBridge, you will find people who are intellectually stimulated problem solvers who can turn ambiguity into results and take ownership of everything that they do. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with an MBA or master’s degree preferred
  • Has 4-6 years of consulting experience and experience leading engagements with Fortune 500 accounts and clients
  • Has significant experience in one or more of the following industries: tech, healthcare, financial services, insurance, business services, or media
  • Is willing to work out of our Bethesda, MD office or remotely from the DC, NY, or San Francisco metro areas
  • Can own all aspects of the project lifecycle from hypothesis development to final presentation of deliverables, and a track record of managing multiple detailed projects and project elements
  • Can manage internal and external stakeholders while running projects end-to-end
  • Has a strong foundation in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and project collaboration tools (such as Monday.com)
