Bakery Dishwasher/Break-out Clerk is first and foremost responsible to our guests for building a reputation for Ultimate Service. Perform all cleaning and dishwashing duties including but not limited to food set-up, storage shelf stocking, general housekeeping, safety and sanitation, and other duties as may be assigned by management.

• When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
• Exceed our guests’ expectation for service and build a reputation for ultimate service
• Utilize and follow production systems – break-out, panning guide, bake-off chart
• Ensure wash, rinse and sanitize procedures are followed
• Ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that ingredients and supplies are rotated in a first in first out method
• Follow daily duties and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure the Sanitation Schedule is followed and completed
• Be attentive at all times to needs of guests and be ready and able to serve and/or direct guests
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Assist in training new team members
• Practice safe work habits; maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization and a safe work environment
• Perform any other related duties as requested by management
