The Role :
In this role youll be working as part of the Platform Customer Service export team managing international order flows in effort to reach service level agreements, meet compliance objectives and enhance our customer's overall experience.
Youll have the opportunity to use your skills working with logistics professionals to support and process the export of our products.
You will join a team of experienced professionals dedicated to customer service and apply your skills to help improve customer relationships, share best practices from industry experience and creatively solve problems within logistics.
You will be able to utilize your continuous improvement skills along with your knowledge of industry practices and regulations to drive process improvements on a wide range of complex logistical situations.
Job Responsibilities :
Reviews orders for completeness, export compliance and company policies.
