Description

The Vice President Key Accounts, is responsible for finding and developing new multi-site operators.

Requirements

  • Establish a strategy aligned with the company’s strategic direction and develop short-term goals and initiatives in line with overall group objectives, with an eye on profitability.
  • Develop and expand the key account business while improving the organization by developing and executing a strategy with a clear focus and understanding of the different target groups.
  • Develop and implement a growth-oriented sales plan aimed at securing increased market share from direct competitors without changing the company’s focus on adding customer value for a profitable business.
  • Focus on the C Store market primarily but remain open-minded to developing business in other sectors.
  • Selling all products and services and identifying opportunity for Total Carwash Care
  • Ensure that all KPI’s are met
  • Working with the local management team, lead efforts to continuously improve the company’s internal structure and procedures, as well as develop and strengthen communication and teamwork within the company. Drive cultural change in a collaborative, positive atmosphere that promotes open communication. 

Education and/or Experience 

  • BA/BS degree in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-10 years supervisory experience in operations
  • Demonstrable successful sales management experience, ideally in addition to a track record of countrywide sales and distribution management, within a growth-oriented business unit of a larger corporation or a medium-sized company. This will include delivering consistent profitable growth. Car Wash product knowledge 
  • Previous exposure to channel sales as part of a system-based sales offering generating revenue from consumable products or services.
  • Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Experience with P&L responsibility for a company or business unit with a proven ability to work with financial information to understand, communicate, and deliver important results. 

Communication/Language Skills 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must 
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents
  • Listening, negotiation and presentation skills a must

Technical Competencies 

  • High Level of Proficiency in MS Office products and Salesforce
