We are now looking for a Construction Project Manager in our Project Management department to help do just that!
Who are we looking for in this position?
A Construction Project Manager is primarily responsible to provide leadership for the Project Management team. This position facilitates and provides strategic direction for the design and build process of new public restrooms, concessions, and other park buildings. This role works closely and builds effective relationships with the Sales Team, Design Team, Production Team, other internal staff members, and external clients for the entirety of a project. This position plays a key role in moving projects through all phases of construction while maintaining client/customer satisfaction. In addition, this role must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures in order to execute projects efficiently.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, stand, walk, bend, and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus working with computer business equipment. The overall nature of the position is mobile from department to department throughout the company requiring some physical effort and light exertion. There is exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and temperature changes
