We currently have an amazing opportunity in our service department. We are looking to hire a Bilingual , P&C Licensed, experienced customer service representative.
We are seeking individuals who have Allstate experience in the P&C Insurance industry and are ready to help our clients with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more.
We are willing to offer a Remote Opportunity, but candidates must live in and have experience selling Allstate Insurance in the State of TX to be considered.
As a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the agency. You will be answering the phones, helping with tasks such as applying payments, answering billing questions, making policy changes, assisting with the claims process, and helping our sales team to ensure we provide world class service to our clients.
All Candidates must have a valid P&C Insurance License AND a minimum 2 years experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, in an Allstate agency setting in order to be considered.
