assist with bioterrorism / patient decontamination response; and provide hazmat spill response and clean-up coordination.
Assumes duties for Central Monitoring staff to include : EMS / Police Dispatch, Emergency Medical Dispatching for the Hospital and all of Grant County, physician answering service management, Hospital communication, and emergency communication.
Operates and maintains patient valuable program and comprehensive lost and found program. Management of the infant / child anti-abduction system (HUGS System).
Member of MGH Hazmat Team.
Minimum Job Requirements
Obtain TASER X26P Smart Weapon Certification.
Within Ninety (90) Days of Employment Achieve and maintain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification through the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).
Have or complete IS-100, 200, 700, and 800 through the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
