Medical Assistant / patient educator needed for a woman's health (ob/gyn) office in Hawthorne, CA. No experience necessary and new grads welcome to apply. Must have a Medical Assistant (MA) Certification. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a HARD WORKER, good sense of humor, WARM/ OUTGOING personality. Occasionally, you will be asked to handle all aspects of a medical office including obtaining Insurance authorization, helping with handling a high volume of calls, Scheduling of patients, obtaining Vital Signs, venipuncture, Computer input and minor procedure prep. We are willing to train candidate in any of the topics that they are not familiar with. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a requirement. Our offices are state of the art OBGYN offices in Hawthorne and Marina Del Rey, CA. The doctor and staff are very pleasant to work for, and make it a point to make sure everyone works as a team! Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
