Marietta WoofGang Bakery and Grooming is Hiring a Store Manager Near Marietta, GA

Product Ordering and Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and order necessary products and items.
  • Balance stock levels for optimal product availability.
  • Coordinate with the owners for order approvals, maintaining both autonomy and oversight.

Merchandising:

  • Coordinate with owner for implementing effective merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure the store’s appearance aligns with brand standards.

Customer Service:

  • Resolve first-level customer service issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the owners as needed.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee daily store operations for smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with the team for operational tasks.
  • Maintain Standards of Operation while also contributing to the SOP as an evolving document.

Personnel and Scheduling:

  • Aid in recruitment, creating work schedules and regular employee reviews.
  • Recognize team member talents and empower them as appropriate with delegated tasks.
  • Conduct initial training of new hires, as well as ongoing continuing education.
  • Maintain our strict drama-free environment by modeling positivity, emotional regulation and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications for the position

  • Meet Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Marietta store operating policies and procedures including providing quality pet parent experiences and expertise in our products, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with pet parents
  • At least one (1) year of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the functions of three (3) or more employees
