Mariano's is looking for a part-time Baking Assistant to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and other special occasion cakes
• Clean up and restock cupcake batter
• Follow all health and safety standards at all times
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Operate a cash register, mix ingredients, prepare dough, and bake cupcakes, cookies, brownies, or cakes according to recipe
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (with parental consent if older)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (on an as needed basis)
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently with little supervision (while performing other duties as assigned)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.05 per hour
