Mariani Premier Group is Hiring a Client Services Administrator Near Denver, CO

JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for ensuring positive customer and employee interactions with the organization. This position serves as the first line of contact for current and future clients and acts as a reliable and steady connection for all employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Perform front desk duties, including answering the phone and welcoming onsite visitors.
  • Present a positive, professional impression of the company.
  • Answer questions from callers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department or employee.
  • Manage the function and presentation of the lobby.
  • Welcome in-person guests and employees.
  • Maintain the visitor log.
  • Enforce safety protocols.
  • Maintain conference room calendars and print them daily for reference.
  • Organize and maintain conference rooms and break room areas.
  • Execute opening and closing duties daily.
  • Communicate with employees and clients via email and phone, as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Provide backup support for the sales lead process when needed.
  • Assist employees with various administrative requests.
  • Complete errands and special duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Must be bilingual and proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for working with people and developing relationships.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Desire and ability to maintain a professional environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of administrative and reception experience.
  • Previous experience in client-facing customer service required.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Experience managing high-end clientele is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $76,000.
  • Benefits package, available to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents, includes:
    • PTO.
    • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Employer contributions to HSA where applicable.
    • Supplemental Insurance.
    • Bonus eligibility.
    • The Company, in its sole discretion, may modify the above benefits package.

Working Climate:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
