• Total account coordination of international customer orders
• Manage Regulatory Compliance documentation for Export/Ocean shipping
• Order processing: Receiving POs, Accurate Order Entry, Invoicing, Credits, and Returns
• Manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally
• Flexible to a dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Frequent communication with internal departments and external customers

• 3 Years of customer service experience
• Working knowledge of international ocean shipping
• Basic/Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
