Mariah's Family Care Home is a family of group homes offering a supportive variety of services to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. MFCH programs are designed to help residents achieve and function successfully in family, group living, and community settings. .
We are looking for dedicated direct mental health caregivers, Full Time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift, to assist clients living with mental disabilities to become part of our community. Your duties will include developing mental health coping skills and managing resident behaviors. Common duties include performing housekeeping tasks, assisting clients with meals, and taking care of their personal hygiene needs, and running errands.
Knowledge of best practices in providing care and experience in a similar role is preferred. Ultimately, an outstanding Direct Care Aide is someone entrusted with the wellbeing of residents with a consistent approach with direct care. We are a direct care company founded by a Direct Care Aide.
