WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

The retail sales associate is every customer's first point of contact. We are looking for a new team member who enjoys connecting with each person who enters our store. Our customer appreciates brand knowledge and guidance regarding sizing and fit. We work to develop relationships with each of our clients, so they not only enjoy their purchases but return often and share our name with friends and family. Daily task for the sales associate position include:

• Greeting customers/clients
• Offering assistance with styles and fit
• Brand knowledge of each label
• Closing sales and/or taking special orders
• Straightening and sizing of clothes throughout the day
• Follow up on client inquiries
• General preparation of incoming merchandise (unpack, steam & tag)

WHAT WE OFFER:

We offer a friendly workspace and support staff that is just steps away. Work hours are Monday - Friday 10 am to 5:30 pm. We will work on Saturdays around major holidays. The position is full time therefore two weeks of paid time off will be offered initially and also employee discount on merchandise.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and technology sales is beneficial
- Ability to demonstrate product features and conduct product demos
