Automotive Car Sales Associate Responsibilities :
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new / used vehicles.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications :
- Car sales experience is preferred
- Automotive dealership
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
Great compensation package, personal training with department manager. Manufacturer training on products and sales process.
Five day work week, no Sundays.

Pay : $15.00 per hour plus commission
