The District Manager is responsible for leading a high performing sales team comprised of both factory direct sales associates and independent sales agencies. These sales leaders are responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of sales, operating profit, and market share objectives within a defined North American District. The District Manager will define, develop, and manage the implementation of sales strategies across 3 defined channels: Multi-Unit Construction and Renovation, Repair – Maintenance – Improvement (RMI), and& Showroom - Remodel.
