Marco Technologies is Hiring a Shipping and Receiving I Near Saint Cloud, MN
- Perform accurate and timely filling and shipment of orders using the manifest system.
- Assist in unloading UPS, SpeeDee, FedEx, and ground shipments.
- Receive and put away supplies and parts daily in the proper warehouse location.
- Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts of copier parts and supplies quarterly while maintaining accurate bin locations.
- Close out the manifest system daily.
- Deliver internal shipments to proper personnel.
- Provide backup to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross-trained in their areas.
- Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures on a timely basis including the time entry process.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, vendor software and company specific programs.
- Well developed organizational and time/task management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Superior internal and external customer service and effective communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
- Observe safety and security procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
