It will be your job to assist in keeping the shop moving like a well-oiled machine while creating an enjoyable atmosphere for both the employees and customers. As Shift Leader / Manager of this Marcos Pizza store in Zionsville, IN, it will be your job to lead & train the team as well as assist the store General Manager in all aspects of maintaining the store. Some responsibilities to assist with include overseeing the staff scheduling, managing the ordering & inventory levels and food costs as well as leading the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability. Knowledge of restaurant management is a plus. With proven performance and a strong drive to exceed expectations, there are opportunities to grow within the organization.
