MARCO'S FRANCHISING, LLC is Hiring a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager Near Toledo, OH

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Multi-Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing tactics and strategies across various channels, with a focus on social media, email content, and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of driving brand awareness and engagement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Community Moderation
    • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement, including tracking and analyzing metrics and making recommendations based on the data.
    • Create and curate compelling content for different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand voice and values.
    • Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Collaborate with the creative team and field marketing to create and distribute a monthly social media calendar for the SOCi platformed used by franchisees
    • Moderate comments on Social media platforms as they come in to help maintain and drive the brand voice, reputation and image.
  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Partner with the creative team and the advertising agency to develop and create compelling, visually appealing, and shareable content for all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
    • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
    • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content to maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Content Marketing:
    • Partner with the digital and field marketing teams to develop content across multiple platforms including but not limited to, Instagram, Email Marketing, SOCi platform, Facebook etc…
  • Influencer Partnerships:
    • Spearhead influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying potential social media and food influencers, NIL deals, negotiating partnerships, and managing ongoing relationships.
    • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives brand awareness or sales.
    • Track and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns on brand awareness, reach, and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the brand marketers, field marketing and creative agency team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
    • Collaborate with the media and BI teams to track and measure the performance of social media marketing campaigns and derive actionable insights.
    • Coordinate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, with a focus on social media, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience using mar-tech and creative platforms such as SOCi, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva etc.. 
  • In-depth understanding of digital and social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in content creation across various platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability travel up to 10%
