Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-manager to join our team. As a Co-manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Supervise and train staff members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new employees
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
- Oversee shift management and delegate tasks to team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales management or retail leadership role preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage cash register operations
- Proven track record of successfully supervising a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards
- Experience in shift management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
