Marcie's Pet Spa is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Salem, WI

Seeking a friendly, positive, professional, and reliable receptionist

-Hours: approximately 20-30 per week to start, weekdays and weekend shifts as needed

-Must be a dog lover who also offers exceptional customer service to our two-legged clients

-Ideal candidate is able to multitask and thrive in a busy, sometimes hectic environment, is organized, friendly, and an excellent communicator

Job Summary:

Front desk employees are expected to answer the phone, return all voicemails, reply to all emails, check social media messages, and communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner over the phone, in person, and in writing. They are responsible for checking each client in and out, and facilitating communication between the client and the groomers/daycare/boarding employees. They must ensure that all dogs who enter the facility have current vaccine records on file. They are also responsible for keeping the front office clean, organized, welcoming, and comfortable for our two and four legged customers. Other projects and tasks as assigned/time allows.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
